Bookings are not refundable.
You can reschedule your game as long as you contact us at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the game (no rescheduling will be allowed).
Players under 14 need at least 1 paid adult participant per room. Players 14-16 need an adult on premises.
No babies or toddlers allowed (unless strapped in a carrier).
Games at Enter/Locked are always private. No matter how many people you book for - you will not be playing with strangers.
You can add any extra players on arrival (up to the room capacity of 8/9).
