IMPORTANT POLICIES

  • Bookings are not refundable. ​

  • You can reschedule your game as long as you contact us at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the game (no rescheduling will be allowed).

  • ​Players under 14 need at least 1 adult participant per room. Players 14-16 need an adult on premises.

  • No babies or toddlers allowed (unless strapped in a carrier or worn).

  • Games at Enter/Locked are private and priced per room. No matter how many people you book for - you will not be playing with strangers. And you can always add extra players on arrival (up to the room capacity of 8/9)

Pricing details for a game or activity, listing costs based on number of players, ranging from $100 plus tax for 2-3 players to $210 plus tax for 7 players, with an additional $30 charge for extra players. Note mentions online booking required to reserve a game.
